We are almost halfway through the year and motivation reserves are slowly dwindling. Working in a call centre environment is not always fun and games. In the beginning it might be exciting, but one gets used to the work and the process of doing the same thing every day can become somewhat brain numbing. As a manager or team leader in this industry your responsibility is to make sure that your team produces results and for that to happen they need to be motivated.
